Hi, we are Priya & Aseem and during our birthing journey, we discovered a whole lot of valuable information about prenatal care and childbirth.

We've set out to create Garbh Guide to share everything we learnt with you! It will be a one-of-a-kind resource that combines ancient Indian wisdom of Garbh Sanskaras with vital knowledge about informed and respectful birthing from leading experts in the field, all in a fun and easy to digest format.
